About the Role

An exciting Permanent full-time and Casual role opportunities have become available for enthusiastic, reliable and customer focused members to join our friendly team in the sterilising department at Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital.

In this role you will:

• Gain valuable experience in reprocessing Reusable Medical Devices.
• You will be required to work in all areas of decontamination, packing, sterilisation and dispatch.
• Opportunities for the right candidates will include the transportation to our 4 Ramsay sites that SCUPH reprocess for.
• Undertake some lifting and be able to be on your feet for the shift.
• All shifts are PM across a 7-day rotating roster: 15:30-00:30 and 13:30-23:30.

Your Skills and Experience

In order to excel in this role, you should possess appositive disposition with a ‘can do” attitude. Your outstanding communication skills and capacity to collaborate within a multidisciplinary setting are imperative for this position.

Additionally, you should also demonstrate

• Keen attention to detail and precision.
• A proven ability to function effectively as part of a high achieving team.
• A demonstrated strong work ethic encompassing punctuality, integrity, respect for others and a dedication to upholding Ramsay core values.
• A  valid QLD drivers’ licence
• Ability to work 7-day rotating roster

Remuneration: On offer is $29.83 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Requirements

• Must provide or complete a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
