Your communication and stakeholder engagement skills enable you to build trust, influence adoption, and effectively support users at all levels. Confident in managing complex projects and leading through change, you proactively identify opportunities to optimise processes, enhance system functionality, and strengthen operational performance.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead the end-to-end rollout of the CMMS across all our sites, ensuring timely, consistent, and effective implementation.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, site stakeholders, and external vendors to support seamless delivery.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs and resources to drive strong user adoption and system proficiency.
- Administer and maintain the CMMS, ensuring system stability, performance, and the highest standards of data integrity.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users across all sites.
- Establish and maintain a consistent, organisation-wide asset taxonomy, including naming conventions and classification standards.
- Develop, implement, and optimise preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules aligned with operational requirements.
- Monitor system compliance, utilisation, and key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Identify, propose, and implement enhancements to system functionality and overall user experience.
- Collaborate on system integrations and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen asset management capability.
Desirable
- Experience working in regulated environments or industries with strict asset management requirements.
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives or maintenance excellence programs.
- Advanced skills in data reporting and dashboarding tools.
- Ability to work across large, complex organisations with multiple stakeholders.
Benefits
- Attractive remuneration package, complemented by comprehensive benefits designed to recognise your impact and support your overall wellbeing.
- Leadership and professional development opportunities, with clear pathways for advancement across Australia’s largest private healthcare provider.
- Access to an exclusive rewards program, offering premium discounts and privileges with leading national and global brands.
