About the Role

we are seeking passionate and enthusiastic Registered and Enrolled Nurses to join our friendly 2C Cardiac/ Telemetry ward. In these roles you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered. 

Your role will include looking after a diverse range of patients requiring telemetry and preparing patients undergoing cardiac diagnostic procedures.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring strong clinical skillset in an acute care setting with experience in Cardiac will be highly regarded. You are passionate about nursing and love working in a positive and effective team environment.

You will also have the following:

• Current registration with AHPRA.
• Minimum 2 years post graduate experience in an acute hospital setting
• Enrolled Nurses will be medication endorsed and IV qualified.
• Previous experience in a cardiac unit preferred but not essential.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team.
• Exceptional customer service and time management skills.
• Ability to be in charge of shift out of hours (highly desirable for Registered Nurse)

The flexibility to work all shifts on a rotating roster will be crucial to this role.

Remuneration

• Registered Nurse: $41.89 – $54.01 base hourly rate + superannuation (QLD RN/Midwife Level 1 gr2–gr8), exclusive of penalties and allowances.
• Endorsed Enrolled Nurse: $35.78 – $39.96 base hourly rate + superannuation (QLD EEN Level 1–2 gr1–gr6), exclusive of penalties and allowances.

• Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
• According to the role, Ramsay may require a proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
