The Opportunity

We’re not just offering a job — we’re offering the chance to be part of something growing, innovative, and future‑focused. Our allied health service is expanding rapidly, and you’ll be at the heart of that growth, working with cutting‑edge technology and programs that make a real difference to patients every day.

Innovation drives everything we do — from our state‑of‑the‑art facility with pilates reformers and TyroMotion robotics, to our diverse rehabilitation programs supporting hundreds of patients every month. You’ll have the opportunity to shape services, contribute ideas, and be part of a team that thrives on progress.

At the same time, we know balance matters. That’s why we offer an amazing work–life balance: 8am–4pm hours, no late nights, and flexible arrangements to support parents and those with commitments outside of work. You’ll be backed by a supportive manager who values your wellbeing, encourages professional growth, and ensures you feel empowered in your role.

This is a great role for someone who wants to spread their wings in a clinical environment, or for those looking to combine an existing part‑time role with us to broaden their experience and impact.

At Albury Wodonga Private Hospital, you’ll see a diverse range of patients across both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings. A large proportion of your caseload will include:

  • Elective joint replacement patients (hip and knee) requiring structured rehabilitation to restore mobility and independence
  • Cardiac patients participating in our rehabilitation program to safely rebuild strength and confidence after cardiac events or procedures
  • Reconditioning patients recovering from illness, injury, or hospitalisation, working to regain function, endurance, and overall wellbeing

This variety ensures you’ll gain valuable experience across multiple clinical areas while making a meaningful impact on patient recovery and long‑term health outcomes.

Skills and Experience

  • Degree in Exercise Physiology (or equivalent)
  • Current Accreditation with ESSA
  • Current NDIS Workers Check
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High standard of customer service and a team approach
  • Commitment to professional development and maintenance of current evidence based practice
  • Understanding of quality improvement principles
  • Flexible, positive approach to work
  • Experience working in a hospital or rehabilitation setting (desirable)
