The hospital operates a busy 9 theatres covering orthopaedic, neurosurgical, cardiothoracic, plastics, vascular, urology, gynaecology and general surgery specialties.
We are looking for experienced Scrub/Scout Nurses to work across our various mix of surgical specialties where you will play an essential role in delivering perioperative care across this diverse and fast-paced setting.
This opportunity offers flexible rostering with both permanent part-time and casual positions available and a professional, inclusive and team driven environment.
Your Skills and Experience
• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum of 2 years’ scrub/scout nursing experience
• Experience in orthopaedics, neurosurgery or cardiac surgery (highly desirable).
• Strong clinical judgement and excellent time management skills.
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative, team-focused attitude and commitment to patient care.
Remuneration
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $41.89 - $54.01+ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD RN/Midwife Level 1 gr2-gr8)
