About You

You will be a positive, collaborative team player with strong clinical and interpersonal skills. In addition, you will also demonstrate:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 1 years’ experience within an acute hospital environment
• Relevant specialty experience based on the ward you are applying for
• Availability to work across a rotating, 7-day roster
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required

Remuneration

A base hourly rate, based on experience level and qualifications:

Registered Nurses: $38.11 - $49.96 + superannuation + applicable penalty rates (VIC RN/RM Yr2-8)

Enrolled Nurses: $32.85 - $43.81 + superannuation + applicable penalty rates (VIC EN Year 1 – Adv Level 3).

The Hospital

Peninsula Private Hospital is a comprehensive 344 bed acute emergency, surgical, medical, cardiac and obstetric facility located in the bayside town of Frankston in Melbourne's south eastern suburbs. The Hospital is owned and operated by Ramsay Health Care, a global operator of private hospitals and primary care clinics focused on delivering high-quality patient care and practising the Ramsay Way philosophy of ‘People Caring for People’ since 1964.

Requirements

• Must provide or obtain a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
• Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
