About the Opportunity

We are seeking passionate Clinical Nurses to join our dedicated Rehabilitation team in permanent part-time or fulltime roles.

Our Rehabilitation Unit offers a broad range of inpatient programs, including neurological, falls prevention, orthopaedic, reconditioning, and amputee rehabilitation. With a strong multidisciplinary approach, we partner with patients, families, and allied health professionals to support meaningful recovery and optimal outcomes.

In this role, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based, and patient-centred care while stepping confidently into a leadership position. Working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager, you will serve as a knowledgeable resource, mentor, and role model for colleagues as you provide specialised clinical expertise.

What You’ll Bring

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant specialty area.
• Proven ability to lead and act as a positive role model.
• Previous leadership or team coordination experience.
• Strong time management and clinical problem-solving skills.
• Passion for mentoring and developing junior staff.
• Postgraduate qualification in a specialty area (desirable).
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster.

Remuneration: $54.72 – $58.82 + superannuation per hour (QLD RN/Midwife Level 2.1–2.4), exclusive of penalties or allowances.
