About the role

As a Group Facilitator, you will:
• Lead welcoming, therapeutic, and skill-based groups • Foster engagement, confidence and participation • Support clients to build coping strategies and connection • Work closely with a collaborative and caring team • Contribute ideas to program growth and improvement • Maintain clear and person-centred documentation
About you
We’d love to hear from you if have:
· Qualifications in Psychology, OT Mental Health, or Social Worker Mental Health (with Professional Body membership)
· Experience in facilitating therapeutic, psychoeducation and skill-based groups (CBT, DBT, ACT)
· Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with demonstrated experience working with adults. Provisional psychologists considered.
· Training or experience in evidence-based approaches relevant to adults
· A compassionate and engaging approach
· Strong teamwork and communication skills
Remuneration
Base Hourly Rates in accordance with Enterprise Agreement + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Requirements
· Provide or complete a National Police Check (conducted within the last 12 months)
