The Opportunity
We are seeking Registered and Enrolled Nurses to join our Kingfisher Ward at Shepparton Private Hospital. This ward specialises in providing care for our general medical, surgical and rehabilitation patients. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse, Team and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.
Skills and Experience
- Relevant registration with AHPRA as Registered or Enrolled Nurse
- Minimum two (2) years in a hospital based postgraduate role
- Enrolled Nurses will be medication endorsed and IV Qualified
- Previous experience working in general medical, surgical or rehabilitation
- Demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient
- Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
- Ability to work a flexible rotating roster
