Administration Processing Officer – located at Tugun

About the role
As an Administration Processing Officer, you’ll be part of our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team, supporting hospitals across Australia with essential admin and data processing tasks that help keep patient care running smoothly.
Your day-to-day will include:
• Accurate data entry and processing across multiple digital systems
• Supporting hospital administration activities such as admissions and insurance checks
• Working with established processes while learning new systems and tools
• Collaborating with a friendly, supportive team in a fast-paced environment
• Helping ensure information is accurate, up to date and processed on time
