About the Role

In this role you will provide support to our various hospital departments ensuring adequate stock is available when required.  You will be responsible for the ordering, receiving and storing of stock in relevant locations and the reconciliation of stock levels.  You will regularly liaise with both internal and external customers responding to general enquires and actioning as needed. 

You will work alongside a professional team and report to the Supply Manager.

Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will be a highly organised with exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. You will have a strong team focus and the ability to be flexible with shifts.

You will also demonstrate:

• Experience in working in a service focused, busy supply environment.
• Previous experience in hospital supplies desired.
• Proven ability to successfully undertake complex tasks and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Experience with SAP and RF Scanners (desirable).
• Sound computer skills (experiencing using MS Office programs).

About the Hospital

John Flynn Private Hospital is a 354 bed, acute care hospital located at Tugun, on the southern end of the Gold Coast. The hospital provides services to the population of the Gold Coast and the Tweed Coast extending into the NSW Northern Rivers area.
