Retail Pharmacist

Ramsay Pharmacy Pindara is excited to offer part and full time positions for Retail Pharmacists at their brand new Pharmacy on site at Pindara Private Hospital. This role is perfect for a motivated and customer focused professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service in a supportive, community-focused environment. You will be working in a small retail pharmacy located in foyer of hospital specialising in day patient and ED discharge dispensing.

As part of our enthusiastic and professional team, you will enjoy a great working roster and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the health and wellbeing of our patients. You must be available to be part of a weekend roster and weekdays between hours of 9.00am – 8.00pm.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the dispensary, including Webster packing and coverage as required.
• Vaccinating and provide professional services to customers
• Guiding and supporting team members to deliver excellent service.
• Driving sales and achieving KPIs within a collaborative team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide professional pharmacy services including vaccinations, MedsChecks, DAA Webster packing, and Staged Supply 
• Deliver expert patient counselling and dispensing services
• Collaborate with and support team members to achieve KPIs and sales targets
• Foster a safe, compliant, and customer-centric environment
• Help drive continuous improvement in operations and customer service 

What You’ll Bring

• A passion for community pharmacy and patient care
• Ability to lead and support a team in delivering safe, high-quality services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Retail pharmacy experience (preferred but not essential)
• Proficiency in:
• Prescription dispensing.
• Patient counselling.
• Vaccination administration.
• Unit dose packaging.

Mandatory Requirements

• AHPRA registration with no restrictions
• Weekend and night availability
• First Aid Certificate

• Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
• A current national police check (issued within the last 12 months).
