We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our busy mutli-disciplinary consulting suite. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring smooth clinical operations, exceptional patient experience, and strong team performance.

 

About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will oversee administrative, financial, and operational functions while supporting clinicians and staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage daily practice operations, staffing, and workflows
  • Lead, support and develop administrative and reception teams
  • Oversee billing, budgets, reporting and financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation, policies and healthcare standards
  • Drive service improvement, efficiency and patient experience
  • Liaise with clinicians, external providers and stakeholders.

 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience as a Practice Manager or in healthcare administration
  • Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
  • Sound knowledge of medical billing, accreditation and compliance
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and patient-centred approach.

Requirements

  • Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
