  • Are you an experienced ICU Registered Nurse looking to work in a high-acuity, supportive and progressive environment?

 

We are seeking motivated and clinically confident Registered Nurses to join our dynamic Intensive Care Unit team, delivering exceptional care to critically ill patients. Our state of art ICU currently has 9 licenced beds with plans to expand.

 

About the Role

As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will:

  • Provide advanced nursing care to critically ill and ventilated patients
  • Manage complex clinical situations with sound judgement and autonomy
  • Monitor and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary critical care team
  • Support families through compassionate communication and education
  • Maintain high standards of documentation and patient safety

 

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
  • Recent experience in an Intensive Care Unit
  • Advanced assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with ventilators, inotropes and invasive monitoring (highly regarded)
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Commitment to patient-centred, evidence-based care

Postgraduate qualifications in Critical Care Nursing are highly regarded but not essential.

 

Remuneration: On offer is a full-time equivalent, base annual salary ranging from $75,436.57 - $99,268.14 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA gr1-gr8)
