The Opportunity
By joining our team as an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely within a dedicated multidisciplinary team of the Elderly Services Unit and respond to referrals for other adult inpatients with a broad range of diagnosis and conditions to provide the highest level of management and care.
 
The position offers an opportunity for either full time or part time permanent work hours.
Experienced Occupational Therapists and Graduates are encouraged to apply. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team who will support you to learn and develop in your career.
 
 
Your Key Skills and Experiences
  • •AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • •Demonstrated experience in a Mental Health environment desirable
  • •A strong commitment to professional development
  • •Evidence of ability to identify clinically appropriate interventions and implement evidence-based practice into service development.
  • •Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, service providers, external agencies, patients, families and caregivers.
  • •Demonstrated ability to devise and evaluate evidence-based practice within assessment and treatment protocols.
 
Remuneration: will be based on experience level and qualifications.

Requirements

  • Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
