Talent Acquisition Officer

National People Operations Team

Casual | Hybrid WFH or Office

Our National People Operations team is expanding, and we have an opportunity available to join our innovative, supportive and friendly department. If you have a background in recruitment/talent acquisition, or currently in agency recruitment and looking to step into internal recruitment (no sales), this role would be perfect for you.

 

About the Role

You will work in a collaborative team supporting Health Care Managers across 73 Ramsay Hospitals in Australia to recruit high-quality talent. You’ll process the front end of multiple job vacancies at once, support volume recruitment activity, and be a key touchpoint for candidates throughout their journey with Ramsay.

Responsibilities:

  • Writing and advertising engaging advertisements, to attract candidates for current and future vacancies
  • Talent pipeline optimization and management of talent communities/pools for multiple specialties
  • Phone and resume screening
  • Coach managers on usage of recruitment system to ensure correct processes are followed.
  • Providing recruitment support to key stakeholders across our Australian businesses
  • Candidate management and identifying talent for role requirements across the business
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment data and documentation within the ATS.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years’ experience in recruitment, HR or a talent coordination role
  • You will be inquisitive and proactive in resourcing candidates
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A customer-service mindset with a genuine care for candidate experience
  • Confidence communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Experience using recruitment systems (ATS) highly regarded
  • Experience working in the health sector (desirable)
  • You will be able to attend the office for training.
