About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Registered Midwives to join our dedicated maternity team at North West Private Hospital and make a meaningful difference in the lives of women and families.

The successful candidates will be able to deliver high-quality care across antenatal, birth suite, postnatal, special care nursery and women’s health. With permanent full-time and casual pool/float positions available, this role offers the chance to expand your skills in a supportive and modern environment. Our maternity unit includes 30 private rooms, three deluxe rooms and a 15-cot Level 4 Special Care Nursery.

About You

You will demonstrate excellent clinical and interpersonal skills and have a collaborative approach to care. You are a passionate advocate for maternity care and thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Essential Criteria:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse and Midwife with AHPRA
• Must have a minimum of 12 months’ post-graduate experience working in a maternity unit
• Proven birth suite experience
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster (including evenings and weekends)

Requirements

• Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
• According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
