About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced ANUM or RN looking to advance their career, to join our dynamic and expanding Medical/Oncology Ward. Sutherland Ward prides itself with their team nursing model and has ongoing support from a Clinical facilitator and Educator on the ward and the NUM. You will be joining a supportive working environment, with rostering and self-rostering flexibility, and growth and developmental opportunities.
This is a Part-Time position; roster flexibility is essential.
Your Skills and Experience
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum three (3) years post-graduate experience in an acute hospital setting
- Recent experience in an Oncology / Medical environment
- Post-graduate qualifications highly regarded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
- Ability to work across a rotating 7-day roster
Remuneration
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $55.92 - $57.76 plus superannuation, based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (VIC RHC Nurses & Midwives EA 2025, ANUM, gr1-gr2).

Requirements
- Provide or complete a National Police Check (conducted within the last 12 months)
