The Opportunity
We are seeking a Psychologist to join our Allied Health Team at Albury Wodonga Private Hospital! Working within our Ramsay Clinic mental health ward you will be providing both group and one on one sessions to our inpatients and outpatients. Reporting to the Allied Health Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the department manager and nurse staff to ensure a high level of patient care is delivered.
Skills and Experience
- Accredited undergraduate degree in Psychology, APHRA registered and unrestricted general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia
- Experience facilitating group therapy using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be self-motivated and function autonomously whilst also being able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
Remuneration
On offer is a base hourly rate of between $37.60 and $58.19 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
