As our new Internal Communications Officer, you’ll join a busy, strategic team that’s driving change, strengthening culture and keeping our people informed and connected. You’ll be part of a trusted, close-knit team that values fresh thinking, supports each other and works with purpose every day.
What you’ll do
- Create clear, engaging and timely content for internal channels including intranet, email and video
- Support the planning and rollout of internal campaigns, national initiatives and change communications
- Help manage and improve our core internal communications platforms
- Partner with teams across Australia to share news and celebrate our people and achievements
- Contribute to a team culture of curiosity, collaboration and continuous improvement
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment, loves connecting with people and understands the art, science and power of great communication.
You’ll bring:
- A degree in Communications or related field or equivalent professional experience
- 2-4 years’ experience in internal or corporate communications
- Strong writing and editing skills for different audiences
- Familiarity with intranet and digital publishing tools
- A confident, people-focused mindset
- Curiosity about media, business and the broader environment shaping employee experience
- Experience in healthcare or another complex, regulated sector is a bonus, not essential

Requirements
