About the Role
We are looking for full-time Occupational Therapists to join our friendly team and who are keen to develop their skills in a variety of clinical settings and thrive within the quick pace of a hospital environment.
In this role, you will see a broad range of clinical caseloads across the hospital and will operate across various areas which may include the rehabilitation ward, day rehabilitation and some acute surgical ward patients.
About You
This position requires someone with flexibility and the ability work in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you will bring a positive team orientated focus and have a passion for client care. You will have exceptional communication skills and be committed to providing a high standard of customer-focused service.
Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy.
- Current and unconditional registration with AHPRA.
- Driver's license.
- Highly developed assessment and intervention skills.
- Proven ability to independently manage a patient caseload.
- Demonstrated excellent organisational skills and effective communication skills with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Demonstrated commitment and contribution to quality improvement tasks.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience in rehabilitation desirable but not essential (new grads welcome to apply)
Remuneration
A base hourly rate ranging from $38.26 - $59.62 + casual loading + superannuation, based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (Lv1 - Lv3 - NSW Health Professionals & Support Services Enterprise Agreement).
