About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Allied Health team. The role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of clinical areas within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. Depending on your experience, the position may be offered at either a Level 1 or Level 2.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, evidence-based Physiotherapy to inpatients.
- Independently manage a clinical caseload.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement activities.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes.
- Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and a commitment to learning.
- Promote a high standard of patient-centred care and professional practice.
Essential Criteria
- Degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) and current unrestricted AHPRA registration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
- Knowledge of clinical governance, risk management, and workplace health and safety.
Desirable Criteria
- Previous hospital experience of at least 12 months.
- Willingness to work across various clinical areas (e.g. orthopaedics, ICU, cardiothoracic, general medicine and acute care).
Renumeration: $38.26-$55.42 + superannuation + level of experience (RHC NSW Health Professionals & Support Services Enterprise Agreement).

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
