About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Allied Health team. The role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of clinical areas within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. Depending on your experience, the position may be offered at either a Level 1 or Level 2.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, evidence-based Physiotherapy to inpatients.
  • Independently manage a clinical caseload.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement activities.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and a commitment to learning.
  • Promote a high standard of patient-centred care and professional practice.

 

Essential Criteria

  • Degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) and current unrestricted AHPRA registration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
  • Knowledge of clinical governance, risk management, and workplace health and safety.

Desirable Criteria

  • Previous hospital experience of at least 12 months.
  • Willingness to work across various clinical areas (e.g. orthopaedics, ICU, cardiothoracic, general medicine and acute care).

 

Renumeration: $38.26-$55.42 + superannuation + level of experience (RHC NSW Health Professionals & Support Services Enterprise Agreement).

Requirements

  • Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
  • According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
