The Position:
An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and motivated ED Medical Administration Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. We are looking for a staff member who thrives in working within a multidisciplinary team and will be committed to upholding and promoting the Ramsay Way core values.
What we are looking for:
- Ability to provide administration services to medical staff in the Emergency Department & AHG.
- Experience in Rostering / Scheduling is desirable (Kronos desirable).
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite in particular Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to manage several databases ensuring precise data entry.
- Ability to work autonomously (or in a team environment).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven organisational skills and initiative
- Demonstrated ability and commitment to uphold and promote the Ramsay Way core values.
Remuneration: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $39.9 + superannuation + levels of experience and qualification.

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
- Depending on the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
