About the Role
The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards in all designated areas, including rooms, common spaces, and staff areas, in accordance with organisational policies and health regulations.
Casual Opportunities available
Shift work including weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
- Clean and make up guest/resident rooms and bathrooms to standard.
- Empty bins and dispose of rubbish appropriately.
- Replenish consumables such as soap, toilet paper, and towels.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are used and stored safely.
- Adhere to infection control and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Assist with laundry duties as required.
- Respond courteously and promptly to customer or resident needs.
About You

- Physically fit to perform manual cleaning duties.
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred).
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety procedures.
Remuneration:
Base Hourly Rates in accordance with Enterprise Agreement + Casual Loading + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
