The Position
 
An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and motivated Volunteer Coordinator to lead our team of volunteers. The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for the recruitment, training, scheduling and support of the Volunteers within Greenslopes Private Hospital. The successful candidate will be highly organised and excel in a multi-disciplinary team environment. Individuals with a commitment to teamwork, excellent interpersonal skills and who are positive, enthusiastic and focused are invited to apply.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity, working 45.6 hours per fortnight.

• Previous experience in an administrative role in a busy environment.
• The ability to work autonomously.
• Rostering skills with understanding of volunteer’s and hospital’s needs.
• Ability to identify and effectively utilise the skills of individual volunteers.
• Commitment to marketing and promoting the Volunteer Service.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional frontline customer service.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality and the achievement of excellence.

Requirements
 
• Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
