Are you an experienced healthcare liaison or sales professional eager to make a tangible impact? 
Join Joondalup Private, an acute surgical and medical facility co-located on the Joondalup Health Campus, as it undergoes a major development, with doors opening in March 2026. This is a unique opportunity to help establish the hospital’s identity as a premier private facility in the northern Perth corridor, building relationships with GPs and promoting our specialists and services to the broader referral community during this pivotal growth phase. This is a Permanent Part-time position. 
 
About the Role
 
As GP Liaison Officer, you’ll drive GP engagement and specialist referrals, directly contributing to the hospital’s growth. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and Business Development Manager and be supported by a national GP Liaison team.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
• Build and strengthen GP and specialist relationships.
• Promote hospital specialists and services through referrer engagement activities such as GP visits, CPD programs, and marketing initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow key specialties and increase referrals.
• Provide targeted communications and monthly ROI reports.
 
About You
 
• 3+ years’ experience in healthcare sales, business development, or liaison roles.
• Proven track record of driving referrals, achieving targets, and building networks.
• Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with CRM experience.
• Driver’s license and flexibility for after-hours events.

Requirements
 
• A National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months may be asked of you
• Driver’s license and vehicle required; some after-hours flexibility needed.
