About the Role

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for Registered Nurses to join our dynamic Theatre Department. We are looking for Scrub Scouts and Anaesthetic nurses with Recovery experience to perform duties with the support and guidance of our friendly POSM and ANUM Team to ensure that a high level of quality patient care is delivered.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting. You will hold a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values. You will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Relevant qualifications and registration with AHPRA
  • A minimum of 2 years post graduate experience in Scrub Scout or Anaesthetic/Recovery
  • Willingness to accept and promote Ramsay’s core values.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environment.
  • Demonstrates excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to participate on an on-call roster

 

Remuneration: 

On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $36.13 - $ 49.96 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (VIC RN Y3 – Y8+)

Northern Private Hospital is a 70-bed surgical and medical hospital located in New Epping, 22km from Melbourne’s CBD.

Opened in February 2024, Northern Private Hospital facilities include 4 operating theatres, cardiac cathertisation laboratory, day chemotherapy, sleep study unit, on-site pharmacy, pathology and radiology. The Northern Private is also directly linked to Northern Public Hospital.

Requirements

  • Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
