The Opportunity:
As a Transport Supervisor, you will run the Napier Transport team, manage the fleet, deliver on Health and Safety KPIs, report and investigate incidents, perform SBOs and CRCs, and seek ways to expand this operation. You will also fill in for driving duties when required. We are looking for candidates with a transport background. Supervisor experience is a plus, but we will consider candidates without it if they have a great attitude.
Small overview of key tasks:
- Run fleet operations daily
- Meet Health and Safety KPIs
- Report and investigate incidents promptly
- Conduct SBOs and CRCs as per policy
- Seek ways to grow operation
