About the role

Role Location: Position will be located at our Moorebank offices

Role Type: Full Time 

What your role at Qube will look like: 

  • Lodging customs declarations for allocated clients with strong attention to detail.
  • Prepare, Check and Lodge Customs entries accurately in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with Quarantine and Import Food processing when required.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient flow of work relating to customs jobs, follow company SOP and policy and meet KPI.
  • Maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customers and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance to the Classifier/Compilers.
  • Handle all other Customs functions such as auditing, refund, drawback, TA and TC etc.
  • Attend to client’s Quarantine query and provide professional advice and assistance.

What you can bring to Qube

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following;

  • You have current Customs Broker license and quarantine accreditation.
  • Applicants undertaking the Customs Broker course are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in Expedient system is preferred, but not compulsory.
  • You have a mature approach to your work and good team spirit.
  • You have a strong commitment to job and good work ethic.
  • You have excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.
  • You will have strong attention to detail.
  • You have excellent computer skills.
