About the role
Position: Logistics Coordinator

We have a prime opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator who is keen to learn about our business, apply themselves and gain valuable experience!
This is full time, 1 year fixed-term position with a guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week.
Hours 6:30am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday, 7am to 12pm Saturday as rostered and any additional overtime that is agreed by both parties.
Location: Neilson Street, Auckland
Status: Full Time one-year fixed term maternity cover contract
Duties:
Your primary function will be to coordinate the movement and flow of containers throughout the depot whilst maintaining data integrity and professionally communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Processing trucks in and out of the yard using our own in-house booking system
Reconciling booking spreadsheets
Directing and instructing truck driver movements in the yard
Assisting with internal and external enquiries
Communicating yard movements with ground staff via RT
