About the role

Role Location: North Fremantle, WA

Status: Full Time 

  • Plan the daily transport function of specific clients and major accounts
  • Prepare, check, and lodge entries accurately in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with Global Forwarding team to service joint accounts
  • Ensure smooth and efficient flow of work relating to jobs, follow policy and meet KPI
  • Maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customers and ensure client satisfaction

What you can bring to Qube: 

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following;

  • Customer Service experience required - Transport and Logistics experience preferred 
  • Work collaboratively and harmoniously as a part of a team
  • Ability to work autonomously using proactive approach to task resolution 
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment
