About the role
Role Location: North Fremantle, WA
Status: Full Time
- Plan the daily transport function of specific clients and major accounts
- Prepare, check, and lodge entries accurately in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with Global Forwarding team to service joint accounts
- Ensure smooth and efficient flow of work relating to jobs, follow policy and meet KPI
- Maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customers and ensure client satisfaction
What you can bring to Qube:
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following;
- Customer Service experience required - Transport and Logistics experience preferred
- Work collaboratively and harmoniously as a part of a team
- Ability to work autonomously using proactive approach to task resolution
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment
