ABOUT THE ROLE

The primary purpose of the National Labour Centre Support Officer is to assist the National labour centre allocators, through assistance with daily administrative tasks within the national labour centre.

This role is required to understand the Qube Workforce Management Systems (i.e. Microster)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set up of new employees in Microster accurately as per employment contracts
  • Management of Australian and New Zealand inboxes including assignment and triage of emails
  • Making amendments to employee rosters as required across all cost centres in Microster
  • Perform manual Microster processes that assist Payroll and the National Labour Centre with timely and accurate allocation and payroll calculation
  • Conduct audits on data within the workforce management system
  • Actioning changes to future rosters by amending the ‘roster designer’
  • Assist the National Labour Centre Manager with unplanned absence management, including creating of letters to be issued to employees
  • Assist WFM Systems Manager with Microster configuration
  • Create user documentation and process documents 
  • At direction of the National Labour Centre Allocators communicate with sites as required

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding and dynamic environment
  • Strong Computer literacy
  • Excellent attention to detail
