About the role
Position: QA & Container Export Manager - Narromine
Working closely with the Site Manager and Logistics Manager, the QA & Container Export Manager is responsible for ensuring grain commodities are packed and inspected in line with government regulations and deadlines for export out of Australia.

Duties
- Allocate and oversee daily export activities in accordance with policies and procedures, with a keen focus on Quality, Regulatory Compliance, Safety & Hygiene
- Monitor production outcomes, including the identification of areas for improvement
- Conduct AO Inspections efficiently and effectively (Training & Accreditation will be required)
- Prepare & submit Export documentation within tight deadlines
- Assist and support the Site Manager with day to day tasks as required
Essential skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Grain Industry is desirable
- Existing AO Qualification beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively
- Eye for detail and high level of accuracy
- Proven capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate Computer skills
- Self-motivated with excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
- Grain classification experience
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety regulations
- Current driver’s license
