About the role
This role involves monitoring and actioning contract nominations, managing import requirements, and overseeing bulk vessel nominations.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for stock outturn management and providing backup support to the Logistics and Trade Support functions, particularly in rail planning.

What your role at Qube will look like:
- Monitor and action contract nominations, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Oversee laycan nominations to ensure compliance with shipping schedules.
- Manage quality nominations to uphold product standards and maintain quality assurance.
- Ensure compliance with DAFF (Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry) import country requirements.
- Facilitate the acquisition and management of necessary import permits and pre-ship certificates.
- Monitor and action bulk vessel nominations, ensuring alignment with operational plans.
- Manage the "Intent to Ship" process for bulk terminals, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee CQAP (Commodity Quality Assurance Program) monitoring to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Review stow plans for bulk vessels to optimize loading and ensure proper handling of goods.
- Manage stock outturn processes, including monitoring stock regrades and ensuring accurate reporting.
- Oversee vessel stock outturns to ensure proper accounting and reconciliation of goods.
- Prepare and manage invoices (both tax and commercial) related to stock outturn activities.
- Provide backup support to the Logistics and Trade Support team
- Collaborate with logistics personnel to ensure efficient transportation and movement of grain products.
- Assist in resolving operational challenges and support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
