YOUR NEW ROLE
Position: Client Services Team Leader
Lead our Tauranga Client Services team to drive seamless logistics operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and champion continuous improvement.
Location: Tauranga
Hours: Mon-Fri, 7:00am – 5:00pm, and rostered Saturdays 7.30am-12pm
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Supervision
Mentor staff, manage rosters, and foster a positive team culture.
Drive training, SOP updates, process improvements and performance management.
Client Services Coordination
Oversee container processing, FIFO systems, and queries.
Ensure 100% data accuracy in stock reports, invoicing and systems.
Data & Reporting
Maintain data integrity across MyPinnacle and depot updates.
Deliver accurate and timely client/management reporting.
Health & Safety
Promote best practice H&S protocols and proactive hazard reporting.
What You Bring
✔3+ years in logistics/shipping/admin
✔Proven team leadership with strong Excel/Word skills.
✔Outstanding communication, organisation and client focused.
