What's the role?
We are seeking an experienced Asset & Systems Superintendent to join our Qube Team. The Primary purpose of the Asset & Systems Superintendent is to ensure the reliability, availability, and best performance of physical assets and systems by, Developing and implementing asset management strategies and maintenance plans, overseeing system performance, including monitoring, diagnostics, and continuous improvement, Compliance & Utilisation Reporting and Ensuring adherence to safety, regulatory, and operational standards.

Specific Responsibilities
- Defining new opportunities to improve or enhance the maintenance system and following the change from define and testing through to implementation and deployment.
- Defining standard processes on the use of systems that support Work Management
- Troubleshooting issues with the use of Qubes maintenance system (Mainpac).
- Coach and mentoring sites in Work Management practises through group collaborations and one on one conversations.
- Define and support the development of key metrics that promote a healthy work management process.
- Development and completion of monthly Work Management reports for Senior Management.
- Ensure development of Centralised Planning team so to improve on capability and in turn service to sites.
- Engage with key suppliers of new equipment to understand schedules of new assets being delivered.
- Engage with key inventory suppliers in support of Inventory Management Team.
- Monitor the performance of integrations between systems that assist in Work Management process efficiencies. Meter integrations, Defect integrations and KPI dashboards.
- Advise and assist in the planning of major works with key assets in across the division.
- Updating of documentation associated with Asset Management in line with how assets are maintained on site.
- Support Mainpac Data Administration during time of peak workload – Work Order close out.
To be successful in this role, it is preferred that candidates have:
- A minimum of 5 years previous experience in a similar role.
- Certificate II or III in Business / Procurement or equivalent qualification.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people.
- Good skills using Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work well within a small team environment.
