About the role
Position: AO Inspector
Location: Narromine, NSW
Status: Full Time
Duties
- Inspecting grain and seed for export compliance
- Inspecting empty containers for export
- Completing all inspection and analysis paperwork
- Assist in managing container packing operations onsite
- Ensuring that all biosecurity processes and requirements meet DAFF requirements
About You
- DAFF approved AO inspector (Authorised Officer) with the ability to inspect grain and empty containers for export.
- Minimum 3 years experience in grain export operations
- Sound computer knowledge and able to pick up new computer systems quickly
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong data entry skills and accuracy
- Outstanding attention to detail, time management, and organisation skills
- Focused and compliant with all safe work practices
