We have a position available for an enthusiastic and motivated Operations Administration Assistant to join our friendly and growing team.

About the role

Provide administrative support to the Management, Parts, and Accounts teams.  The position contributes to the efficient operation of the office by providing administration support for a variety of key functions including Administrative tasks and duties, Office records management, Parts records management
and support to payroll and accounts

Role Type: Part Time

Key Duties:

Provide administrative assistance to the Administration team with day-to-day operations of the office including:

  • filing and data entry, both physical and digital, ensuring data integrity
  • front counter enquiries and calls
  • maintaining and purchasing of office and kitchen supplies
  • support the arranging of office functions, catering
  • provide general office support

Provide administrative assistance to the Parts team with:

  • goods receivable
  • parts quotes and ordering
  • stock inventory
  • filing and data entry, both physical and digital, ensuring data integrity
  • use of maintenance management system

Provide support to the Accounts team with Payroll and accounts payable, with training

Qualifications and experience:

Essential
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Well-developed interpersonal skills with a proven track record of working as part of a team
Well-developed organisation and time management skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and manage competing demands
Attention to detail and initiative
Strong computer skills including demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proven ability to pick up internal systems quickly
Possession of a Driver’s licence

Desirable

Previous experience in office and/or parts administration
