The Role
We are looking for an experienced Shift Manager/Planner to join the team in a full-time role.
The primary purpose of the Shift Manager role is to lead and manage operational teams allocated to shifts in order to achieve productivity, safety and customer performance standards.

Skills and Experience Required
- Supervisory experience in Stevedoring or similar industry.
- Experience in high-risk operating environments
- Experience in regulated workplace environments.
- Team management and leadership
- Strong Communication skills
- Focus on safety
- Knowledge of machinery and lifting gear capabilities
- Proven performance in results-driven environments
- Relevant licences (e.g. Forklift, Crane)
- Intermediate rigging qualification
