Qube Cadet Program
The Qube Cadet Program sets the framework for recent graduates and high-school leavers to enter the logistics and/or transport industry via Qube.
This 2-year program sees cadets gain experience and exposure across the business whilst learning on the job.
Throughout the 2-year program, not only do we provide training and mentoring at every stage of development, there are also regular check-ins with the Qube team to ensure you stay engaged along your Cadet journey.

Primary Purpose
The primary purpose of the Contracts Administrator is to support the Contract and Tender Managers in the administration and maintenance of contract documents, contract systems and development of tenders specifically relating to Qube Energy.
Specific Responsibilities
Administer Commercials' Client Relationship Manager (CRM) System:
- Adding new users
- Create new accounts along client lines
- Working with users in using the modules
- Contributing to System Development
- Produce and send monthly quote reports to General Manager, QE
- Generating Contract Summaries
- Data Quality/Clean checks
Manage Contracts Filing:
- File all contract documents on shared drive
- Ensure all contract documents are uploaded to CRM
- Manage all hard copy filing of original documents, including binding
- Courier/Mail of original contract documents
Maintain Confidentiality Agreements:
- Maintain the Commercial Register for Confidentiality and Non-disclosure agreements
- Prepare memo and submit agreements for Qube Director sign off, as required
Prepare Qube’s Supplier Prequalification’s:
- Assist Contracts Managers in the preparation of supplier prequalification forms/packages
Connect:
- Uploading rates into Connect Invoicing Module
- Running reports for accountants on a monthly basis
- Working with IT on any errors and/or general improvements
- Monitor billing across sites to ensure correct data input
Insurances:
- Assist Contracts Managers in the provision of routine notices to clients, on insurance certificate renewals
- Log insurance claims into CRM platform for record keeping
Projects:
- On occasion, assist Contracts Managers in the drafting and distribution of project documentation
Data Analysis:
- Use of data analysis systems such as Tableu BIS when it’s contract/rate renewal time
- Competent use of Excel in displaying readable data to contracts managers

- Follow all safety and health instructions as specified during induction
- Use personal protective clothing or equipment provided by the company when applicable
- Take good care and maintenance of company and client equipment
- Report any situation at the workplace that you believe could constitute a hazard to any person and that you can’t correct yourself
- Report any injury or harm to health of which you are aware of that arises in the course of, or in connection with your work, however minor
- Co-operate as necessary so that the company is able to carry out its HSE obligations
- Co-operate with the rehabilitation program where required

Be Prepared To Work Safely
- Report to duty in a fit state, free from fatigue the influence of alcohol or other drugs
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment and operate plant equipment safely
- Participate in consultation activities regarding matters affecting your health, safety and welfare
- Participate in relevant HSE training and maintaining your HSE related competencies
- Engage in Work only when in possession of required and current Certificates of Competence
Qualifications and Experience
Key Competencies/Skills
- Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- A high level of interest in learning, and ability to adopt, new systems
- Strong Communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
- Intermediate organisational skills
Desirable:
- Previous transport/logistics company experience
- Previous Administration or project coordination experience
