The Role

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our Finance team. This role is key to ensuring the accurate and timely processing of invoices and bank reconciliations, supporting the integrity of Qube Ports NZ’s finance function. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external customers to maintain strong financial controls and deliver exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Process and collect all invoices accurately and on time
  • Complete daily and weekly bank reconciliations
  • Maintain customer master files and records
  • Produce monthly statements 
  • Report and follow up on overdue debtors
  • Assist with general administration and other duties as required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in accounts receivable or similar role
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with Connect or Oracle accounting systems (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work to high performance standards in a goal-oriented environment
  • Professional, honest, and team-focused with a high degree of integrity
