About the Program:
The Qube Cadet Program sets the framework for recent graduates and high-school leavers to enter the logistics industry via Qube.
This 2-year program sees cadets gain experience within various parts of the business.
Throughout the 2-year program, not only do we provide training and mentoring at every stage of development, there are also regular check-ins with the Qube team to ensure you stay engaged along your Qube journey.
Role: Full Time
Location: Perth CBD, WA
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist with updating and maintaining asset records in the asset management system.
- Support the scheduling and monitoring of preventative maintenance activities.
- Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning opportunities.
- Observe and assist with compliance audits and inspections.
- Prepare basic reports and summaries under supervision.
- Document and communicate handover tasks prior to any leave periods.
- Collaborate with the Asset Coordinator and other team members to ensure accurate information flow.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for efficiency
- Ad hoc duties as required by your manager
