About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, your role is to provide our customers with a seamless experience by meeting each customer’s end-to-end shipment needs. You will coordinate freight in an efficient and safe manner whilst delivering the highest level of customer service at all times.

Role Location: North Fremantle, WA

What will your role at Qube look like?

  • Plan the daily transport function of specific clients and major accounts
  • Prepare, check and lodge entries accurately in a timely manner
  • Ensure all customer requirements are met by the recording of special instructions
  • Ensure smooth and efficient flow of work relating to jobs, follow policy and meet KPIs
  • Maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customers and ensure client satisfaction
  • Problem solve using own initiative, keeping Qube customers and major clients updated with progress on transportation issues

About you

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following;

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Transport / Logistics experience preferred but not required
  • Work collaboratively and harmoniously as a part of a team
  • Ability to work autonomously using proactive approach to task resolution 
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment
