About the Role:

We currently have an opportunity for an Administrator to join our Recruitment and Onboarding team in Hendra. The Onboarding Coordinator plays an essential role in ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for new hires into an organization. By orchestrating the various components of the onboarding process, this position helps to create a welcoming and informative first experience for newcomers. From coordinating paperwork, booking flights and conducting orientation sessions to setting up necessary IT equipment and facilitating introductions to team members, the Onboarding Coordinator ensures that all logistical and administrative tasks are handled efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Ensure compliance requirements are forwarded to clients were required
  • Booking flights for all FIFO employees for the Central Region
  • Change Flights and cancel flights in a timely manner
  • Arrange Camp accommodation
  • Ensure each employee is issued
  • Ensure each employee is set up in INX and Inductions assigned
  • Provide each employee a welcome guide
  • Other duties as required from time to time as directed by the company
  • Ensure all employee documents and uploaded to share drive

A key point is to fundamentally comprehend the operations of each site and the intricate details involved as this helps to produce more accurate and effective plans this also ties in with having positive relationship with the different sites.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication abilities and a welcoming personality
  • Experience in administration, onboarding, Recruitment or customer service roles
  • Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to learn new software
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams
  • Understanding of workplace safety and compliance requirements preferred
