Heavy Diesel Mechanic
Location: Sulphur Point
Hours: Mon–Fri 7am–5pm + Sat 7am–12pm
About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled Heavy Diesel Mechanic to service and repair our trucks, container handlers, and plant machinery at our busy Tauranga depot.
What You’ll Do
- Service and repair heavy machinery
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults
- Support apprentices and drivers
- Join a rotating 24/7 on‑call roster
What You Need
- Experience with heavy machinery & hydraulics
- Ability to read/understand electrical & hydraulic diagrams
- Level 4 Heavy Automotive qualification (preferred)
- Full, clean NZ licence
- Safe, reliable, team‑focused approach
