    • Leadership Excellence: Supervise and support Darwin’s Fleet and Driver teams, providing valuable advice and development.
    • Operational Efficiency: Optimise pick-up and delivery service (PUD) through effective planning and scheduling.

    • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to safety regulations during loading/unloading, and compliance with Dangerous Goods and Driver Fatigue Laws.
    • Cost Efficiency: Monitor and reconcile fleet operation costs, ensuring accurate billing and revenue capture.
    • Performance Goals: Implement improvements to all KPI’s associated with the fleet
    • Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with the Fleet Team, Drivers, Loaders and Maintenance Team to ensure clear communication.

As the successful candidate you will have:

    • Organisational Skills: Proven ability to manage and prioritise tasks and coordinate operations effectively and efficiently.

    • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in computerized dispatch systems (Orcoda) and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Regional Expertise: Have an understanding and/or the ability to pickup regions and delivery routes for the Darwin and Northern Territory operations.
