    About the Role
    We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Graduate to join our collaborative Human Resources team.
    This is an entry-level opportunity suited to a recent or upcoming graduate who is keen to build a career in HR.
    We offer flexibility for final-year students, including permanent part-time work while you finish your studies, with the opportunity to move into a full-time role after graduation.
    Working closely with the HR Manager, you will support our operational workforce while developing practical, hands-on HR experience and contributing to key people initiatives that support both employees and organisational outcomes.
     
    What You Will Learn
    This role is designed to build your foundational HR capability, including:
    • Practical experience across the employee lifecycle
    • Exposure to employee relations, engagement and wellbeing practices
    • Application of HR policies and procedures in a real-world environment
    • Development of communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills
    • Understanding of how HR contributes to organisational performance and culture
    About You
    We are looking for someone who is:
    • A recent or soon-to-be graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline
    • Passionate about people, culture, and developing a career in HR
    • Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative
    • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
    • A confident communicator with a professional and positive approach
    • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
