Northline is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Administration Support Officer to join our team in St Marys . In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, supporting drivers, customers, and visitors while ensuring the smooth and accurate flow of information across the business.
You'll play a key role in creating a positive customer experience, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure deliveries are processed efficiently and effectively.

What You'll Do
Customer Service Excellence: Provide a welcoming and professional first impression by greeting drivers, visitors, and customers while communicating important site safety requirements.
Document Accuracy: Review and process operational documentation including Connotes, Delivery Sheets, and Proof of Delivery (PODs), ensuring all paperwork is complete and accurate.
Data Management: Accurately enter, reconcile, and maintain data within company systems while meeting all tracking and measurement requirements.
Safety & Compliance: Verify dangerous goods documentation and ensure processes are followed for private and pre-paid customers.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with Debriefing, Fleet Control, Client Services, and Sales/Account Management teams to support seamless day-to-day operations.

A keen eye for accuracy with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

A strong commitment to Health and Safety practices and maintaining a safe working environment.
Customer Service
A proactive, customer-focused approach backed by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills
Strong Microsoft Office and data entry skills. Previous experience or knowledge of the national freight industry will be highly regarded.
Team Player
The ability to build positive working relationships and contribute effectively within a collaborative team environment.
