Milestones Early Learning Rutherford, located in the beautiful Hunter region are looking for a Qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join their team of Shining Stars. As part of this role we also have on offer the Educational Leader role for the service, for any highly qualified teachers, with a passion for curriculum to oversee the Educational Program of our little learners!

About the Centre:

Welcome to Milestones Early Learning Rutherford! We provide high-quality early education and care for children aged 0-5 years. Our safe, inclusive environment supports children's social, emotional, physical, and academic growth through a play-based curriculum led by caring, qualified educators. About the Role

  • Motivate and lead a team of educators in the Kindy room.
  • Develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections to our local primary school and positive experiences within our community.
  • Design, implement and evaluate educational programs for our children, allowing for the unique and individual interests and strengths of each child.
  • Support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.

 About You

  • An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
  • Relevant teachers’ registration (NESA)
  • A current Working with Children’s Check or willing to obtain
  • Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
  • A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
