About the Centre:

"Welcome to Milestones Early Learning Cooma! We are a small 46 place centre who thrive themselves in our family grouping environments and our relationships with children. What makes us so special? Our small team are very bubbly and friendly who work collaboratively every day - we are very passionate educators! Our team is continuously building and maintaining trusting relationships with the children and their families. About the Role
- Manage the day to day operations of the Centre/s in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
- Create long-lasting connections with your local community including partnerships with families and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Mentor and support the centre/s to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
About you
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Strong experience in a Centre Manager role
- A current Working with Children’s Check
- Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standard
